Return & Exchange Policy

At SLAY., we want you to love what you wear. That’s why we call you within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm your size and customize the fit if needed. However, since most pieces are made-to-order, we have a strict but fair return and exchange policy to ensure quality and avoid misuse.

✅ Return Window

  • You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

❗ Important Notes:

  • Customized pieces made to your size after phone confirmation are not eligible for return.

  • Plus sizes (above 1XL) are not eligible for return or exchange as they are made specially on order.

  • Minor fit adjustments can be done locally, or we offer alterations at an extra cost.

  • Swimwear and lingerie are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

  • Returns/Exchanges after confirmation call will incur a shipping charge (for both return and re-delivery).

  • Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

🔄 Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have (if eligible). Once your return is accepted, you can place a fresh order for the new item.

  • We’ll review your request and call you for next steps.

  • If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Do not ship any items back without confirmation. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

🔍 Damaged or Wrong Items?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you notice any defect, damage, or receive the wrong item, email us immediately and we’ll make it right.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
